"Deliver Me" Tom Fritz Art Exhibition
The Malibu Arts Commission will host the opening reception and public art installation of world-renowned fine artist, Tom Fritz, at the Malibu City Gallery located at Malibu City Hall. Fritz will exhibit a collection of his automotive and motorcycle artwork from December 13, 2021 through January 20, 2022.
The exhibition, "Deliver Me," will kick off with an opening reception on Saturday, December 11 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu. Community members are invited to attend the free, in-person opening reception, which will include a Q&A session with the artist, a display of classic cars provided by the Murphy Auto Museum and private collectors in the parking lot, and refreshments. The reception takes place outdoors. No RSVPs are needed. In consideration of COVID-19 safety, facemasks are required inside City Hall.
Tom Fritz specializes in Southern California car culture themes from the 60's and 70's using paint as a medium. He is a member of the Automotive Fine Arts Society and has won numerous awards, including the Peter Heick Award, the Art Fitzpatrick Award at the Pebble Beach Concours, several Athena Awards, and the Lincoln Award of Excellence.
