Community Poetry Anthology, All Breathing Things
- Submission Deadline: Sunday, April 2, 2023

- Submit an application and poems for consideration online
The City of Malibu, with the support of Malibu Poet Laureate Ann Buxie, is seeking poems from Malibu community members for an anthology on the theme of All Breathing Things. The anthology will include poems from local authors that celebrate the joy of belonging to Earth's family. Submit poems or prose that changed or deepened your respect for all breathing things. Share your wonder. Share your awe. Share the miracle. Submit up to three poems for consideration online by April 2, 2023.

2022 - 2023 Art Exhibitions
The Malibu Arts Commission will open a Call to Artists for multi-artist shows. The Commission approved the following exhibitions for Fiscal Year 2022-2023:
- Music Inspired Art Exhibition: December 2022 - January 2023
- Student Art Exhibition for children in grades TK-12: February 2023
- Featured Artist, Pep Williams: March 2023 - April 2023
- Hollywood Themed Exhibition: May 2023 - June 2023
- Surf Art Exhibition: July 2023
